Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Private experiences are reserved specifically for your time and are subject to separate scheduling considerations.
